Every time in your life when you walked through a door, you passed the threshold. Just there below your feet. Maybe you have lingered on a threshold sometimes. For example when you entered a new home, school or place of work for the first time. When a new chapter of your life began. The opposite is also possible, crossing a threshold because you were leaving a part of your life behind and closed a chapter. Inevitably, the new chater began once you crossed over it to the other side.
Welcome to another threshold. We do not go looking for a coach in life, because we feel satisfied, complete, content. Usually we go looking for someone to talk to exactly so we can discover why we have an experience of being stuck with ourselves or in a relationship or job. Maybe we have experienced loss in some way and are looking for a way to move beyond that so we can experience life again as we would like to. There can be many reasons and together we can ask the questions to guide that process of change or discovery you are looking for.

These will be divided into easy to navigate categories. Behind all this information are concrete practices, methods and exercises2 which are only available during coaching, because their exact content depends very much on the specific topic and each individual their personal needs. If something really speaks to you, it is always possible to ask for a specific coaching session about that topic, although I always recommend to have an introduction meeting. That way we can get to know each other and talk about your goals and wishes as well as allowing me to show you what is possible.
